With its clean lines of white etched against a blue sky, the villa appears to hover like an elegant spaceship above perennially popular Camps Bay. Architecturally modernist in style yet cocooned by trees, it is a completely private haven, with sparkling ocean views framed by uncluttered, big-volume spaces – gallery-style cubes that offer a cool retreat from the blue hues and summer heat.

Belgian partners Jan and Marc spent almost two years renovating the villa" and by the time we were ready, it was 2020…” The result is that their beautiful boutique hotel is now an exclusive-use villa, offering a wonderful opportunity for two or three families to forge stronger ties, or a small group of up to 16 to celebrate a memorable special occasion holiday.

The Avenues offers a decadence of space for a villa, with 2 pools serving the eight large en-suite rooms located in a three-story wing that juts perpendicularly from the living block in layers that suggest you are cantilevered off the plot.

The villa comes with an on-site housekeeper, butler and chef who will be as discreet or present as you desire. Off-street parking for 8 vehicles or let us arrange a couple of vans with or without drivers. A separate chef’s kitchen allows for restaurant-level entertaining. Allow us to arrange private wine tastings alongside lunch. Showcase the best new SA gins, backdropped by that iconic Camps Bay sun set. 1. The Guests may take occupation of the premises after 14h00 on the arrival date set and shall vacate the premises by no later than 10h00 on the Departure date.
2. The number of persons residing on or at the premises shall at no time exceed the maximum number stipulated in the Confirmation of Reservation.
3. A percentage of the rental shall be paid as a deposit (“the rental deposit”) as set out in the Confirmation of Reservation.
4. The Guest shall pay a Breakage Deposit as set out in the Confirmation of Reservation.
5. The Guests shall be liable to pay fees, charges or penalties for breach of the Agreement of Stay as detailed in that contract.
6. The Guests accept that no amount of care or precaution can exclude risks inherent in the rental of the premises or use of its equipment and facilities, and voluntarily associate itself with these inherent risks and indemnify the Owner and/or Icon Villas against any risk, liability, loss, claim or proceedings including Claims from any other party’s consequent upon
the death, bodily injury or illness of any person, and/or damage to or loss of any property, or due to unlawful conduct by the Guests.
7. The Guest hereby agrees to the following cancellation charges:
7.1. Should the Guest cancel or shorten their reservation for any reason, more than 3 months before the date of arrival, the Indemnified Parties shall retain 30% of the Reservation Costs, as a cancellation charge in respect of cancelled or shortened
night’s stay;
7.2. Should the Guest cancel or shorten their reservation for any reason, less than 3 months before the date of arrival, the Indemnified Parties shall retain 50% of the Reservation Costs as a cancellation charge in respect of cancelled or shortened night’s stay;
7.3. Should the Guest cancel or shorten their reservation less than 6 weeks before the date of arrival, for whatever reason, the Indemnified Parties shall retain 75% of the Reservation Costs as a cancellation charge, in respect of cancelled or shortened
night’s stay;
7.4. Should the Guest cancel or shorten the rental less than 4 weeks before the date of arrival, for any reason, the full Reservation Cost will be retained as a cancellation fee or be due and payable if not yet paid.
7.5. Any refunds due to the Guest are subject to exchange control approval, if applicable, and bank charges, all of which are for the Guest's account.

· Bookings are subject to the homeowner's approval
· FIGARIE reserves the right to alter or amend rates, rate periods and length of stay requirements at any time
· Minimum nights and rates may vary during Mining Indaba and Easter, please enquire
· Minimum night stay requirements:
During High Peak this varies from 7 to 10 to 14 nights, dependent on each property;
· An admin fee of R950 as well as a R2,500 - R5000 exit cleaning fee (Villa dependant) apply

Agreement of Stay
When possible and subject to availability (e.g. if a property is only avaialble for 5 nights but has a 7-night stay
requirement), the minimum length of stay may be adjusted on request
Over Christmas and New Year: Bookings for properties with a 7-night stay requirement should include EITHER Christmas
OR New Year. A booking would not be allowed to commence on 26th December as servicing or a change over on
Christmas is rarely possible.
Closer to Christmas or New Years, if dates are still available, an exception could be considered.
