When Alma first approached our founder, Francois Joubert, in 2024, she expressed a genuine desire to become part of the FIGARIE journey. During their conversation, Francois asked about her background and experience. Alma openly shared that she had spent her career in administrative roles and had never worked in the hospitality industry.

What she did have, however, could not be taught.

She had a passion for people, a willingness to learn, an exceptional work ethic, and a sincere desire to help build something meaningful.

That was all the founder needed to hear.

From private air charters and luxury villas to hot air balloon adventures, private yacht experiences, sky dining, and bespoke itineraries, Alma approaches every request with enthusiasm, professionalism, and genuine care.

Alma works closely with our trusted partners and manages our dedicated VIP experience team, ensuring that every guest receives the personalised attention that defines FIGARIE.
